Went for a run here early one morning. It was quiet and beautiful. The lush green colours of the gorge were just amazing. Breathtaking! Even more so when you've just run up a big hill.

Taking the scenic route home

Took the scenic route home tonight. This takes a bit longer than the usual route, but it's worth it for the great views of the Seine and the Eiffel Tower from the Pont Alexandre III.
In life, it can be rewarding too, to take the longer route, get off the beaten track, do something atypical or out of character.
